Simon Patterson - Strip Search/Panic Attack (Spinnin NL) 4/5 - iDJ Magazine Review

Simon Patterson has been responsible for crafting some of the biggest trance tracks of recent times but what makes him stand out is his willingness to take inspiration from other genres. 'Strip Search' is no exception, and it becomes apparent on listening that Simon had been listening to a fair bit of psy-trance in the run up to producing this track. Although the arrangement and style is firmly on the trancier tip, the filler sounds used in this mirror those of psy-trance productions and the result is an immensely cool fusion of styles which will slide perfectly into harder sets. A very sleek production from one of the UK's biggest trance talents. 4/5
