Radio One DJ Chris Coco ended up joining forces with Robbie Williams and Stephen Duffy for two impressive live TV shows last week.
After a stirling DJ set prior to Robbie's show at the Berlin Veledrome two weeks ago, Chris was invited down to a North London studio for a meeting with both Stephen and Robbie. Both Robbie and writing partner Stephen Duffy immediately requisitioned Chris's services to rework their current hit "Trippin" which they then performed 24 hours later Live on BBC2's "Later with Jools Holland", Chris performing with the band.
They then flew Chris to Lisbon the following night to do a set with the band and spin live beats, breaks and sounds into their Live MTV performance, which worked brilliantly. This is the first time an International renouned artist has involved a DJ since the likes of U2 and Paul Oakenfold ten years ago and now Robbie and Stephen are keen to work further with the much in demand eclectic Radio One DJ. So expect more dubbed out beats...
